Routine Cleaning

*Any areas that are not considered normal cleaning such as excessive soap scum debris or anything else that needs extra attention may be subject to a different price.

Starting at $150

Dust mop including under furniture if accessible.
Vacuum all carpets, rugs and hard floors.
Mop all floors
Dust all rooms tables, shelves and any other dust-able surfaces (excluding wall art and any collectibles or figurine type collections)
Bathrooms- sinks, counters, toilets including the removal of lime scale ring as well as the base and bottom areas.
Tubs/showers including faucets and shower doors
Kitchen- Sinks, counters including underneath counter top appliances such as air fryer

Routine Cleaning Continued

Tops and fronts of appliances including polishing if needed
Inside outside of microwave
Trash throughout house (excessive amounts of trash or boxes etc. will be an extra charge)
Sliding glass door (standard size) If 3 panel slider there is an additonal $25 charge
Laundry room- wipe/dust washer and dryer (excessive soap build up prior to our arrival is not included) as well as sinks and counter tops

Deep and Premium Cleanings

Everything is included above plus the following tasks

Dusting of blinds and window sills, ceiling fans, frames of wall art, fronts of all cabinets
Dusting accessible light fixtures
Other tasks or requests can always be added such as : sweeping garage floor, wiping walls, doors and light switches
*Please be advised if baseboards , blinds or cabinets are in bad condition they may have an additional charge.
